Refund Policy

At The Pink Driving Academy, we strive to provide quality driving instruction and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Lesson Cancellations & Refunds

Student Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
No-Shows:

If a student fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
Instructor Cancellations:

If The Pink Driving Academy cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, instructor availability, vehicle issues), students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Package Refunds
If you purchase a multi-lesson package and decide to discontinue lessons:

A partial refund may be issued for unused lessons, minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Completed lessons are non-refundable.
3. Special Accommodations & Exceptions

In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Documentation may be required for exception requests.
4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
